Whether you prefer to use your own freight forwarder or need us to help arrange a suitable shipping method, we can recommend options based on your order quantity, package weight, delivery address, budget and required delivery time.

International shipping costs cannot be calculated from product quantity alone. Your delivery address, package weight, carton size, shipping method and service coverage will all affect the final cost.
Most international shipping services have a minimum chargeable weight or a minimum starting fee. Even a small and lightweight package may still be charged at the minimum rate.
Once the package exceeds the minimum chargeable weight, the price is normally calculated by additional weight brackets such as every 0.5 kg, 1 kg or another interval set by the carrier.

International shipping normally involves export declaration in China and import customs clearance in the destination country. Open the sections below for more details.
Export declaration means submitting shipment information to China Customs. This normally includes the product name, material, quantity, HS Code, declared value and sender and recipient information.
The final HS Code will be confirmed according to the product material, structure and the requirements of the shipping or customs service provider.

Unless the selected shipping service clearly includes import taxes, these charges are normally paid by the recipient according to local customs requirements.

Depending on the product structure, we use inner bags, bubble wrap, foam sheets, dividers, fillers and reinforced cardboard.
We use the available carton space efficiently to reduce movement while controlling carton size and volumetric weight.
We can prepare packing lists, warehouse labels, customer brand labels or other requested documents.
We reinforce the carton bottom, top, seams and corners to provide basic moisture, splash and accidental-opening protection.
After sealing, we measure and record the package weight, carton dimensions, number of cartons and carton sequence.

The shipment is handed over to the courier, our partner forwarder, your nominated forwarder or your representative, and the relevant receipt is retained.
Once the shipment information is available, we provide the carrier name, tracking number, tracking link, estimated delivery time and any necessary customs or delivery reminders.
International shipping involves multiple carriers, customs authorities and local delivery providers. Although we carefully select shipping channels and reinforce every package, delays, customs inspections, failed delivery, damaged cartons or returned shipments cannot be completely ruled out.
