International Shipping & Secure Order Dispatch

We provide flexible international shipping support for wholesale customers worldwide. Whether you prefer to use your own freight forwarder or need us to help arrange a suitable shipping method, we can recommend options based on your order quantity, package weight, delivery address, budget and required delivery time.

Already have a preferred shipping method? We can follow your instructions and arrange delivery accordingly.
01

Provide Your Address

Send us your country, city, postal code and detailed address so we can check the estimated minimum shipping cost.

02

Confirm Products & Quantity

Once the products and quantities are confirmed, we calculate the carton count, weight, dimensions and declared value.

03

Select a Shipping Option

We explain the cost, estimated delivery time, taxes, customs clearance and delivery coverage before shipment.

How Much Will Shipping Cost?

International shipping costs cannot be calculated from product quantity alone. Your delivery address, package weight, carton size, shipping method and service coverage will all affect the final cost.

Estimated Minimum Shipping Cost

Most international shipping services have a minimum chargeable weight or a minimum starting fee. Even a small and lightweight package may still be charged at the minimum rate.

Once the package exceeds the minimum chargeable weight, the price is normally calculated by additional weight brackets such as every 0.5 kg, 1 kg or another interval set by the carrier.

Once you provide your complete address, we can first check the estimated minimum shipping cost for your destination.
Some shipping services compare the actual weight with the volumetric weight and charge whichever is higher. We optimize the carton size while maintaining proper product protection to help reduce unnecessary volumetric charges.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

International delivery time depends on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance speed and local last-mile delivery. Faster shipping services usually cost more, while economical services take longer but are generally more affordable.

Express International Delivery [ ~ 7 - 10 Days ]

Suitable for orders that need faster delivery, usually through DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Economy or Dedicated-Line Shipping [ 14+ Days ]

Suitable for wholesale orders that prioritize lower shipping costs and can accept a longer delivery time.

Customs-Cleared or Tax-Inclusive Shipping

Suitable for customers who prefer a logistics provider to assist with export declaration, import clearance or import taxes.

Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Flights, customs inspections, public holidays, extreme weather, remote-area delivery and local courier arrangements may affect the actual delivery time.

Can I Use My Own Freight Forwarder?

Yes. If you already work with a freight forwarder or logistics company, we can deliver your order to the location you specify.

If you do not have a freight forwarder, we can also help you find a suitable international shipping option.

Export Declaration, Import Clearance & Taxes

International shipping normally involves export declaration in China and import customs clearance in the destination country. Open the sections below for more details.

What Is Export Declaration?

Export declaration means submitting shipment information to China Customs. This normally includes the product name, material, quantity, HS Code, declared value and sender and recipient information.

Reference HS Code: 7117199000 Imitation jewelry of base metal, whether or not plated with precious metal.

The final HS Code will be confirmed according to the product material, structure and the requirements of the shipping or customs service provider.

What Documents May Be Required for Import Clearance?

When the shipment arrives in the destination country, the recipient may be required to provide:

  • Personal identification or company information
  • Import or tax identification number
  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Product material information
  • Import licence or other customs documents
Who Pays Import Duties and Taxes?

Depending on the country, a shipment may be subject to customs duty, VAT, sales tax, excise tax, customs service fees, inspection fees or storage charges.

Unless the selected shipping service clearly includes import taxes, these charges are normally paid by the recipient according to local customs requirements.

Any tax exemption or low-value import policy is subject to the latest requirements of the destination customs authority and shipping provider.

What Do Customs-Cleared, Tax-Inclusive and Door-to-Door Shipping Mean?

A customs-cleared service normally means the logistics provider assists with export declaration in China and import customs clearance in the destination country. Some services may also include import taxes and local delivery.

Service definitions vary between logistics providers, so we will confirm:

  • Whether export declaration is included
  • Whether import customs clearance is included
  • Whether import duties and taxes are included
  • Whether last-mile delivery is included
  • Whether remote-area surcharges apply
  • How customs clearance issues will be handled

How Do We Pack Your Order?

Before every shipment leaves our facility, it goes through order checking, product protection, carton packing, weighing, sealing and photo or video documentation. Our goal is to reduce the risk of compression, impact, moisture exposure and packing errors while keeping the carton size as efficient as possible.

What Happens If a Shipping Issue Occurs?

International shipping involves multiple carriers, customs authorities and local delivery providers. Although we carefully select shipping channels and reinforce every package, delays, customs inspections, failed delivery, damaged cartons or returned shipments cannot be completely ruled out.

If an issue occurs, we will assist by:

  1. Contacting the shipping carrier or freight forwarder;
  2. Checking the package location and cause of the issue;
  3. Confirming whether additional customs documents are required;
  4. Organising packing photos, videos and handover records;
  5. Assisting with an investigation or claim according to the carrier's rules;
  6. Keeping the customer updated on the handling progress.
For high-value orders, we recommend confirming shipping insurance before dispatch. Compensation normally depends on the shipping service, declared value, insurance coverage and carrier terms.
