Tell Us What You Need
Send us your preferred categories, reference photos, target market, price range or estimated quantity. Exact product selections are not required at this stage.
Receive Catalogs and Product Recommendations
We will send suitable catalogs containing product photos, item codes, prices and available stock. Best-selling styles may also be recommended according to your market and customer group.
Select Styles and Quantities
Send us the item codes, screenshots, links or photos of your chosen products, together with the required quantity and color for each style.
We will check availability and advise you if any item requires replacement, replenishment or custom production.
Confirm the Quotation
Before payment, we will confirm the product amount, stock status, preparation time, shipping method, freight cost and any special packing requirements.
Complete Payment
Available payment methods may include Alibaba Trade Assurance, Alibaba.com Pay, international bank transfer and XTransfer. The most suitable option will be confirmed according to your order.
Order Preparation and Shipping
After payment confirmation, we will prepare, inspect and pack the goods before arranging delivery through the agreed shipping channel.

Wholesale Orders
Ready-stock wholesale pricing normally applies from 12 pieces per style. Quantities should generally be ordered in multiples of 12.
First Sample Purchase
First-time buyers may purchase 1 piece per style for evaluation. Sample unit prices are higher than wholesale prices, and shipping is paid by the buyer.
Website Information
Website products and prices may be provided for reference. Please contact our sales team to confirm current stock, wholesale pricing and available color options.
Need a Different Style or Custom Production?
Send us a product photo, drawing or design idea. As a jewelry manufacturer, we can evaluate the design and provide a production quotation.

Order Lead Time
Preparation and production times vary according to stock availability, product specifications and the level of customization required.
Ready-Stock Orders
If all selected products are available, the order can normally be prepared within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.
Preparation can be completed more efficiently when payment, consignee information and shipping details are provided in advance.

- Special packaging may extend the preparation period
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Production time depends on the product structure, raw-material procurement, molds, logo requirements and production schedule.
Existing Fallon Jewelry styles generally require less time than completely new customer designs.

- New designs may require CAD drawing, sampling and mold development
Exclusive Model Protection
Regional exclusivity may be available for eligible custom-developed designs.
Would You Like Your Design to Remain Exclusive?
If you would like a custom design to remain exclusive in your market, please inform us before development or production begins. Exclusive model protection is subject to factory review and written agreement.
Once approved, the design may be reserved for you within an agreed country or region. The product may use your own brand logo or our factory logo, depending on the agreed cooperation arrangement.
During the agreed protection period, inquiries from other buyers in the protected region regarding the exclusive model may be referred to you where appropriate.

Can I mix different styles in one wholesale order?
Yes. Different products and categories can normally be combined in one shipment. However, the minimum quantity requirement generally applies separately to each style.
Where can I learn more about shipping?
We support international courier services, dedicated shipping lines and delivery to the buyer’s nominated freight forwarder. Available methods, estimated transit times and shipping responsibilities vary by destination.
